Shar’s Consignment sells both new merchandise and authentic pre-owned/consigned items — condition is noted on each listing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand or designer named on this site. Brand names are used only to truthfully identify and describe the genuine items we sell, consistent with nominative fair use and first-sale resale rights. If you believe a listing raises a legitimate trademark or copyright concern, contact us — we investigate every claim in good faith and reserve the right to decline claims that mischaracterize a lawful sale as infringement
